The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is an independent university focusing on education, research, research-based consultancy and innovation. DTU’s Department of Wind and Energy Systems is the world’s leading research institute for wind energy, with 30+ years experience in developing wind energy technology. The institute is a multi-disciplinary team of 400 employees with competencies in aero-elasticity, atmospheric sciences, systems engineering, social acceptance, grid integration, energy systems and other fields relevant to wind energy.
