Johannes Peschel graduated in 2014 with an MSc degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin. While studying in Berlin and China, he focused on intelligent and communication-based systems with a specialisation in business administration and entrepreneurship. For his graduation project, he joined the TU Delft research group in 2013 and worked on the topic of sensor fusion for kite position estimation. Before and after graduating, he worked for Nature Technology Systems (NTS, an AWE company based in Berlin). He joined the TU Delft team again in 2014 and founded Kitepower in 2016 together with Dr. Roland Schmehl, assuming the role of CEO.
